Client data (CRM records, project data, uploaded files) is hosted separately from the website itself, on servers and database regions in the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

When you write to us or use a form on this site, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell or rent this data.

The Scoped Review tool (/review) sends your answers to AINS to prepare a reply. When AI drafting is enabled, the text of your answers is also processed by Anthropic (United States) under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, solely to help draft that reply, and is never used to train a model.

The site sets no analytics cookies by default. Only if you accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) also measures visits and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> for at most 13 months. Google signals and ad personalisation are off. Your choice is kept for 6 months; you can change or withdraw it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. The site uses no advertising cookies.

If you use the language switch (EN · FR), a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers your choice for one year. It stores nothing else and is never used for tracking.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@ains-agency.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).

Sources: public registers of businesses (for training organisations in France, the public list of training providers on data.gouv.fr, Licence Ouverte), business directories and trade-association member lists, Google Maps business listings, and the organisation’s own website. The email address itself is always one the organisation publishes on its own website. Data used: organisation name, legal form and registration number, region or city, field, the business email address it publishes, where published by the organisation the name and role of a contact, the source URL, the collection date, and the date and result of a public test of its home page (for example a Lighthouse score or a missing tap-to-call link) that our message quotes. No enrichment, no data from LinkedIn.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and UK GDPR). Email rules we follow: in France, Article L34-5 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code; in the United Kingdom, regulation 22 PECR (companies and LLPs only, never sole traders); in the Netherlands, article 11.7 of the Telecommunicatiewet; in Belgium, the Royal Decree of 4 April 2003 (generic company addresses only). Messages concern your professional activity only. The legitimate-interest assessment is available on request.

Retention: three years after the last unanswered contact. If you object, your personal data is erased at once; only a one-way hash of the address is kept, so that we never write to it again.

Hosting: European Union (Supabase, Sweden). The controller may access it remotely from outside the European Union, from a country without an EU adequacy decision; for any question about this transfer, write to contact@ains-agency.com.

Your rights: object at any time with no reason needed (the link in every message, or reply STOP), access, rectification and erasure. You can complain to your data protection authority: in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in the United Kingdom the ICO (ico.org.uk), in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), in Belgium the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Texts, visuals and code on this site belong to AINS unless stated otherwise. Client names and results appear only with their permission or in anonymised form.
