A KPI dashboard for sales, calls and revenue on one screen

Your numbers already exist, spread across the CRM, the phone system and the billing tool. We bring them onto one dashboard that refreshes on its own, check it against your accounts before anyone relies on it, and send the summary by email every Monday.

01What is on the screen

  • Sales: new leads, deals won, pipeline by stage and by salesperson, and conversion from lead to deal.
  • Calls: calls made and received, missed calls, callbacks still open and talk time per person.
  • Revenue: invoiced, collected and overdue, by month and by client, read from the billing tool rather than from the CRM’s estimate.
  • Where each number comes from: every figure names its source and the time it was last refreshed.

02Checked against the accounts

A dashboard nobody trusts is ignored within a month. Before it goes live, we reconcile its revenue figures with your billing export for a past month and list every gap with its cause: a credit note, an invoice dated in the wrong month, a customer entered twice. You sign off on the numbers, not on the colours.

03The Monday email

Every Monday morning, the people you choose receive a short email: last week’s figures, the change from the week before, and the items that need a decision, such as overdue invoices, deals with no next step and callbacks still open. It reads in two minutes on a phone.

04An example dashboard

Rendered in plain HTML with made-up figures, to show the layout. A real dashboard uses your sources and your KPIs.

Trigger
Every Monday at 07:00.
Steps
  1. 1.n8n reads last week’s figures from the dashboard’s database.
  2. 2.It compares them with the week before and lists overdue invoices, deals with no next step and open callbacks.
  3. 3.It sends one email per recipient, with only the figures that person is allowed to see.
Result
The week starts with the same numbers for everyone, and nobody has to build the report.

05How a project runs

  1. 01

    Review

A free 30-minute call. You show us the tools you use and the step that costs your team the most time.

  2. 02

    Written quote in 48 hours

Scope, flows, what is left out, timeline and one price. The price is fixed once you sign.

  3. 03

    Build in your accounts

The workflows run in your n8n and your CRM, under your logins. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

  4. 04

    Runbook

Each flow comes with a short document: what starts it, what it changes, and what to check when it stops.

  5. 05

    Care plan

Monthly monitoring, fixes and small changes. A failed run alerts us, so your team does not have to watch for it.

06Questions buyers ask

Why not use the reports built into our CRM?

Use them if they answer your questions. They stop at the CRM’s own data: calls live in the phone system and paid invoices in the billing tool, so call and revenue figures in a CRM report are often estimates or partial copies. The dashboard joins the three sources.

How live is live?

Each source refreshes on its own schedule, from every few minutes for calls and deals to every hour for billing, depending on what each tool’s API allows. The time of the last refresh is shown with every figure.

Can we change the KPIs later?

Yes. Adding or changing a figure is a small change under the care plan. We start with the handful of numbers you already look at every week, not forty.

Who can see the dashboard?

Only the people you add. Each person signs in, and a salesperson can be limited to their own figures.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of sources and the state of the data. You get one price in writing within 48 hours of the review, fixed once signed, then a monthly care plan. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI.
