Challenge
Real-time flash sales with per-variant stock, a trilingual FR/AR/EN catalogue, and both card and cash-on-delivery payment, all on one Supabase backend serving a mobile app and an admin dashboard at once.
Solution
A 36-screen Flutter app (Riverpod, GoRouter, Hive offline cache) paired with a Next.js 16 admin (26 routes, 5-role RBAC), on Supabase Postgres with 26 tables, 89 RLS policies and 31 RPC functions. Card payment (CIB/EDAHABIA) runs through Chargily Pay V2 alongside cash on delivery, covered by 846 automated tests across Playwright, Flutter, Vitest and Jest.
