Challenge
Sales, call and goal data lived across a CRM spreadsheet and a separate phone system, with no single French-language screen the sales floor or its managers could check day to day.
Solution
A 14-screen Flutter app covering KPI, location, leads and manager tabs — goals versus the monthly objective, revenue, refunds and a top-performers leaderboard — a mobile mirror of the Ringo (Analytics-Force) web dashboard, with one live dashboard now used by 6 sellers, backed by 28 automated test files.
