WooCommerce on a dedicated VPS, 74 old Odoo URLs 301-redirected, Stripe (card and Klarna) plus cash on delivery, five delivery zones and in-store pickup, authenticated order emails (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), consent-gated GA4 e-commerce, 3,804 images to WebP and mobile Lighthouse from 47 to 65 on the homepage.
